Description
SmartHelp is the only independent digital solution in the French market to push financial analysis of invoices to such an extent. Through integration with various operators in the electricity and gas networks, SmartHelp is capable of obtaining very precise consumption data at a highly detailed level. The solution feeds on this consumption data and integrates it into its algorithmic calculations simulating all the different types of existing contracts and their costs, as well as taxes and contributions.
SmartHelp is thus able to precisely calculate what an energy bill should be over a period, as well as to verify every invoice issued by the supplier by checking all tariff layers. Anomalies are automatically flagged by the solution.
