Description
The mixed wood/concrete façade panel ELMERE is an innovative wall for construction sites that are easy to work with and environmentally friendly constructions, integrated into a BIM process.
Combining different materials, the ELMERE panel is a complete construction system:
- 7cm ready-to-paint concrete interior cladding
- Double or triple glazed windows integrated in the workshop
- Double wooden frame
- 32cm rock wool insulation
- Exterior weatherproofing membrane
OPTIONS: Roller shutter, sunshade, electrical reservation
Possible exterior finishes: Metal cladding, Wood cladding, Hydraulic render, EIFS, Bakelite panel (Trespa, Fundermax, Rockpanel)
