Diagonale Concept
Description
Diagonale Concept, a recognized actor in global renovation, is firmly committed to ecological transition and stands among the pioneers of systemic and resilient approaches. The carbon issue is a priority but is not exclusive. Adapting to climate issues also means simultaneously taking into account environmental, social and economic issues during energy renovation projects.
At Diagonale Concept, we have chosen to anticipate these challenges and support our clients in the ecological transition by using collective intelligence, mobilizing VSEs and SMEs committed to green growth and innovation. Together, we have developed solutions for "efficient and resilient global renovation" by type of building: industry, tertiary sector (in 4 families before 1914-30, post 1930-75, 75-2000 and post 2000...) and residential sector diffused by construction system.
Realized in 2017, the decarbonized eco-renovation KTR France with positive energy all uses is one of our most emblematic projects. In this project, we initiated in Europe the storage of thermal energy "free" in geothermal probes by recovering the fatal energy (extraction of calories in summer in buildings to refresh them passively) and solar energy generously available in summer and stored in probes with a depth of -150 m for the next winter. Here, the approach was systemic : we have attached as much importance to biodiversity, educational action, the quality of life of the inhabitants and the carbon impact during the renovation works and the exploitation of the premises. This project has been awarded more than 10 times including the "Grand Prix International Rénovation Durable" of the «Green Solutions Awards». Same approach for the conversion and renovation of the building Vela Verde R + 8 (from office to higher school) : “Prix du Bâtiment Résilient Paris 2022” (Ademe, MRN, AQC...), “Prix Rénovert 2023” Marseille, with a global approach. Here, the energy is stored in a very innovative box with phase change materials . A solution well adapted to the urban environment (small footprint, little work).
The existing real estate is like the human body. When dealing with a febrile patient, the doctor makes an overall diagnosis prior to a targeted prescription. He will also recommend adapting his lifestyle to age more serenely. In 2023, we launched the "Audit 360 Bâtiment Résilient" to support our customers in their ecological transition by implementing with them an efficient renovation strategy 2030 - 2040 also integrating regulatory aspects (such as the “Décret Eco-Energie-Tertiaire and BACS). The objective of this operational roadmap is to enable our clients to preserve the economic value of their assets over time, drastically reduce their energy, water or maintenance costs (up to -60% and more), to preserve the attractiveness of their premises or buildings (including the well-being and health of users in all seasons) and to regenerate the local biodiversity potential on their site by integrating the water cycle.
We are members of the eOspace network and the Cluster Eco-Bâtiment Aura !
