If we think of the European framework in which the hydrogen strategy is being deployed, the French public support through the stimulus plan and the France 2030 investment plan, the massive aid dedicated to the construction of gigafactories, tank production sites, fuel cells, etc., what is the outcome of these ultra-voluntarist policies? How can we further intensify and keep the promises while maintaining environmental rigor that meets the challenges (without resorting to imports or carbon-based electricity)? A dilemma between industrial recovery, environmental relevancy and the urgency of the energy crisis facing the EU and its Member States.
