Description
Managing Director of Maviflex, a manufacturer of high-speed doors, and President of the national Women Business Leaders (FCE) network, Anne-Sophie Panseri believes management is a matter of listening and trust. At the head of the group (€34 million in revenue and 180 employees), she supports her teams in the company's transformation. She is committed to French manufacturing, essential to the country's sovereignty and environmental challenges. Energetic and combative, she shapes the organization in her own image: more inclusive and responsible. After a Master's degree in information and communication and initial experience at sports equipment distributor Décathlon, she climbed the ladder of the family business, taking on the role of marketing manager and then production manager. She became president in 1999 by purchasing the family business. Her taste for challenges has allowed Maviflex to stand out and expand internationally. A business leader, wife, mother of three, and grandmother of one, she advocates a balance between work and non-work life. Within the company, she implements a comprehensive policy combining well-being at work and performance.
From 2016 to 2020, she chaired the national FCE (Women Business Leaders) network.
A committed woman, she believes in diversity at the heart of businesses and institutions as a factor of economic development.
Recognized for her ability to undertake, bounce back, and transform difficulties into opportunities, Anne-Sophie is an elected member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a member of the CESER board, and a member of the board of directors of Visiativ, a listed company. She holds a mandate at URSSAF AURA and Kéolis. She is involved in the professional sectors of MEDEF, the National Social Commission, the UIMM Communications Commission, and Actibaie (construction and public works), and became National Vice President in 2023. As Vice President of Wordskills France, she defends the values ​​of equality and boldness everywhere.
